VENUE
The Academy55 HQ is based in Oxfordshire at the prestigious Bicester Heritage site, a picturesque hub for automotive industries including McLaren Formula E and Motorsport UK.
Our modern HQ in a heritage building is designed as a mecca for racing drivers where they come to enhance all areas of what is required to become a successful racing driver.
Our facilities house a state-of-the-art single seater simulator, a motorsport specific gym and meeting/training rooms as well as our onsite test track where drivers will have their first sample of a racing car.
The test track at Bicester Heritage has evolved from its origins as part of a historic RAF base to become a premier destination for automotive testing, events, and media projects, all while preserving its rich historical character.
OUR CARS
Our fleet includes Ginetta Juniors, a Ferrari 296 GT3 and Formula 3 Tatuus T318 models homologated to FIA F3 standards with advanced safety features like the Halo system.
Drivers can also gain experience in GT’s and prototypes. Without championship restrictions, we provide unlimited private track testing opportunities.
Training begins with simulators and progresses through test tracks to real circuits with personalised coaching and data analysis.
RACING
SIMULATORS
Detailed simulator sessions using the latest state-of-the-art systems at our HQ are used not only for driver development but to keep our drivers sharp and to improve their mental strength and ability through specific mind strengthening techniques.
We own and operate GT3 and F3 sims from dedicated rooms at our HQ.
FITNESS
STUDIO
At our HQ, we have a state-of-the-art gym tailored for motorsport fitness, featuring specialised equipment designed to enhance racing drivers' fitness and reactions. Led by head trainer Tom Ashton, a former racing driver turned personal trainer, our bespoke programmes ensure drivers meet the physical demands of racing through one-on-one sessions, group training, and regular assessments.
