Our program focuses on creating complete drivers by tailoring development strategies to individual needs. Each driver is paired with a dedicated coach who provides guidance on driving techniques and mindset development. Our versatile methods are adaptable across motorsport disciplines for all ages and experience levels.

Our HQ features a motorsport-specific gym led by trainer Tom Ashton. Physical fitness programs enhance reaction times and endurance, while mental fitness coaching builds resilience under pressure. Together, these ensure peak performance both on and off the track.

We employ data science to analyse key performance factors such as speed, consistency, mindset, and fitness. Each driver’s profile is tailored using insights from our data partner Jetplane 55. This personalised approach ensures continuous improvement through structured plans updated in real-time based on performance metrics.

We offer our drivers guidance and direction to ensure that they are taking the right steps at the right times, whether it be about championship or team decisions. We map out a driver’s career to make best use of their available budget.

Success in motorsport extends beyond driving skills. We offer services such as sponsorship proposals, branding design, social media management, and media training to make drivers commercially appealing. Our in-house specialist ensures drivers are equipped for the professional stage.
We use data science to statistically improve our drivers’ chances of success.
Through copious research and understanding of why certain racing drivers have gone on to become the best in motorsport history and why others have not, we systematically create tailored programmes for each of drivers based on their skills and circumstances to scientifically improve their likelihood of success.
By gathering data about each of our drivers, we analyse a wide range of factor such as natural ability, speed, consistency, mindset, family support, physical fitness, financial backing, dedication and many more vital areas to build a data profile. This data profile is then put into our Academy55 data system to produce actual data driven solutions and a structured plan on how to increase the driver’s success rate.
We then constantly monitor our drivers’ performance in all aspects on and off the circuit to continually update our data system so that our programmes are always providing the most effective route of progression.
